Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the exchange camp. By registering for and attending the event, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms.

1. The information provided by the participants must be accurate and complete.

2. Participants must present their vehicle's registration documents and any other relevant legal documentation during the event for verification.

3. Only roadworthy and legally drivable vehicles will be eligible for exchange.

4. The exchange of cars between participants and the reconditioned house will be based on mutual agreement.

5. It is the sole responsibility of the participants to agree upon the terms of the exchange.

6. The company or organizer reserve the right to modify the event schedule, location, or cancel the event at their discretion. In the event of cancellation, registered participants will be informed promptly. By attending the Exchange Camp, participants grant the company/ organizer the right to use any photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional purposes. Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of organizing the Exchange Camp.

7. Company/ organizers of the Car Exchange Camp shall not be responsible for any damages, accidents, or liabilities that may occur before, during, or after the event. Participants are advised to have valid insurance coverage for their vehicles.

8. By participating in the Exchange Camp, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

9. The EMI is based on 50% down payment & 7-year financing.
